You may have noticed we recently renovated our helpdesk. Now all of our product information can be found in a central location!
From here you can access User Guides, FAQs and live chat services. You can also submit requests directly to our support team without having to go via your Account Manager.

The rebranding of our Help Centre forms the next big step in our pursuit to optimise our overall support model. As part of this endeavour, you may see further updates over the following months regarding our people and processes.
We've also made slight changes to our internal ticketing system to ensure all support functions run from a central platform. This will not affect the way you contact us. It will however, allow us to provide a more comprehensive support package and offers smoother workflows, increased automation and so much more.
