Why ESG Matters to Automotive Transformation Group?

We are proud to be a leading provider of retailing solutions to the automotive sector, and though we will never cease to innovate in the face of rapid evolution, we are aware the world is facing extraordinary challenges on a daily basis. For this reason, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) are never far from view.

Our ESG commitments allow us to grow sustainably and ensure we respect our employees, customers, partners and investors, as well as the communities in which we work. Using the United Nations’ Sustainable Developmental Goals (SDGs), we have identified four areas where we can and will deliver the biggest impact.

Health and Wellbeing We have over 300 employees and counting, all of whom have different healthcare needs but an equal right to positive mental and physical health. We want to provide all employees with the resources they need to maintain good health.

Although we are excited to be growing at a rapid rate despite post-pandemic and cost-of-living pressures, it’s important that we do what we can to promote healthy living and well-being for all regardless of age, gender, race or any other dividing characteristic.
Lifelong Learning We want to do all we can to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for both customers and employees. Among other initiatives, we are committed to supplying our teams with easily accessible online learning resources, available at any time, and not just on industry-specific topics.

We believe that by providing our employees with opportunities for personal growth, we are empowering them to enrich their knowledge, expand their horizons, and help us to grow as sustainably as possible.
Economic Growth We exist to help Retailers, OEMs, Financiers and Fleet Suppliers across the globe, improve upon their vehicle sales and ultimately, grow. Therefore, as a business, we are committed to maintaining high standards in this area of positive contribution.

By promoting inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment, and decent work for all, we are prioritising sustainable economic growth not just for customers but for employees also; ensuring that as a team we work efficiently and as individuals, we are progressing in a variety of ways- not just financially.
Climate Action Transport accounts for one-fifth of global CO2 emissions, and around 75% of that is specifically road travel. Although the push to electric is having an impact, we acknowledge that there is still a lot of work to do within the automotive sector to reduce our carbon footprint and combat climate change.

As a business, we are always looking for ways in which to make a positive impact, whether that’s through selecting suppliers that use renewable resources to power their own operations or using green energy to power our own buildings and offices.
