Given the challenges of tight stock levels and fluctuating prices, our teams are looking for new ways to increase the quality and quantity of hyper-relevant leads delivered via the valuation widget on our website. Through user testing, we've identified email as the most effective communication field to add to your contact form (more effective than phone numbers and names). During a pilot carried out with a select number of clients, we found by encouraging consumers to leave their email address on a lead-gen valuation form, the conversation rate increased by an impressive 64%.

We are also currently BETA testing new 'Performance Max Campaigns with Vehicle Feeds' during the next Quarter. Due to be released in the UK towards the end of the year, they enable the hyper-targeting of interested customers based on their previous vehicle views, and we’re currently testing their effectiveness for ATG customers! New Retention integration landing soon!
Our My Account feature, now integrated into the fully upgraded NetDirector® Auto-e platform, continues to impress consumers, with 12.2% of digital transactions occurring through this channel.
As more functionality is introduced like our retention software integration landing in Spring 2024, consumers can expect a personalised experience that translates into a higher conversion rate. Soon, consumers will be prompted to value their existing vehicles within My Account, receiving tailored upgrade offers from our award-winning NetDirector® Retain product.
