What our employees say There is no better way to demonstrate how important our employees are to us, than hearing directly from some of our colleagues…

I started in 2012 as a Digital Account Executive and have thoroughly enjoyed developing my career over the last 10 years to become Head of Customer Success at Automotive Transformation Group. I am proud to have seen the business grow over these years, and to have been a part of that journey. I've had the privilege of working with some fantastic people, both colleagues and customers - some of whom have become great friends. Here's to the next decade! Danielle Worth, Head of Customer Success
I’m enjoy every moment of being part of the global growth of ecommerce within Automotive Transformation Group, from delivering external workshops (100+ within the 30 days of the first lockdown in the UK), working with our internal teams across all markets (globally) to develop their understanding of our ecommerce solutions and our “why” along supporting our customers pre & post go live. It doesn’t stop there as there is plenty more to come... Michael Canham, Lead Consultant Online Retailing
What I find most valuable and appreciated about ATG Vietnam is the working culture between Staff and Line Managers which is very kind, enthusiatic and friendly. Here we are heard and cared for. The career path and the possibility of advancement are clear. Good benefits and nice office.
Thuy NGUYEN Thi Le, Country Manager, Vietnam

They have built my confidence as well as my skills and I have experienced their flexible working approach first hand. In 2014, I began my journey with Automotive Transformation Group as a Software Support Executive, before being promoted shortly after to Project Manager. I chose to embark on a new challenge three years later, exploring new cities in the process. However, in May 2022, I made the decision to officially return as an Enterprise PMO...It’s been a joy to exercise more responsibility within my new role here at Automotive Transformation Group, reunite with familiar faces, and meet new members of the team. I’m also, as always, impressed by the level of team spirit and maturity of management within the group. The endless opportunities for career development brought around by the recent merger are incredibly motivating and I would encourage any prospective employee to ask their potential Line Manager about the development opportunities we will (not can but will) provide you – as I strongly believe this is the reason for our impressive retention rate. George Kouchakji, Enterprise PMO
