Welcome to your June Update from Automotive Transformation Group. There have been a lot of developments since our last update, including key strategic promotions, award nominations, product enhancements and of course the launch of our all-new Fusion suite!
Below you can find a whistle-stop tour of everything you may have missed over the last few months. If you need any further information on product enhancements, please do get in touch with Customer Success by submitting an enquiry via our newly rebranded Help Centre!
In April we saw the appointment of Chris Stott as Director of Alliances for Automotive Transformation Group. Chris has made outstanding contributions to the automotive sector since becoming the Founder of NetDirector® SalesMaster and this promotion marks both the acceleration of our omnichannel retailing offering and the expansion of our services across Europe. You can read the release here if you’d like to learn more information about this update. We were also pleased to officially announce Tim Smith as one of the newest Automotive 30% Club members, outlining our 30 by 30 strategy.
This quarter, we have been making huge strides in technological development, including the unveiling of our all-new Fusion suite. Greater than the sum of its parts, Fusion is a family of NetDirector® products and services set to revolutionise omnichannel retailing. By harnessing its full force, customers will be able to manage vehicles, process orders, standardise branding, send automated, personalised upgrade offers and so much more. To learn more information, you can read the release here, or get in touch to request a demo – no strings attached!
In addition to new innovations, we’ve also been enhancing your existing products. For example, we have introduced a number of new structures to the design catalogue allowing you to market virtual vehicles and encourage pre-orders for new models using our NetDirector® Auto-e product. This is an exciting development as it allows our customers to monitor interest during times of turbulent demand.
Meanwhile, the teams have been working hard to pilot our all-new user account feature. A connected user account that allows consumers to save vehicles, searches and quotes on the NetDirector® Auto-e site. It then uses these preferences to send automatic email notifications when similar vehicles are available, saved vehicles are back in stock or if they’ve changed in price. The user account feature will accelerate any brand’s journey to omnichannel and will become a pillar of our Fusion suite. More information will be shared about this soon!
Other enhancements include moving the ‘Sell my vehicle’ call-to-action from the bottom to the top nav of our used car vehicle detail pages and offering free skinny banners to customers on our latest version of NetDirector® Auto-e with the valuations widget enabled. These developments are designed to help increase hyper-relevant leads through valuations on your site. If you’d like more information on this subject you can check out our recent article in collaboration with CAP hpi.
Finally, it’s also been a busy half of the year for our retention teams who have launched solutions with Ford Credit Europe across Italy and Spain. They have also launched programmes with Santander Consumer Finance across The Netherlands and Italy.
When it comes to evolving our Automotive Transformation Group processes, we always prioritise our commitment to support. As mentioned in the intro, we have recently rebranded our support helpdesk to make it easier for customers to submit an enquiry directly to the support team. The new helpdesk brings all of our product support resources together in one portal, allowing customers to also access FAQs and user guides.
This quarter we were also able to announce our ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments. The operational roadmap we’ve selected is in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals of which we’ve selected the four we believe we’ll have the biggest impact on. More information on this will be released shortly, but in the meantime, you can check out our website for more details.
