August saw a wealth of Automotive Transformation Group developments, from the appointment of our new CEO, Tim Smith to our recent website launch and work with Open Banking. We would like to take this opportunity to share with you our latest ventures and keep you up to date as we progress on our journey to become a leading provider of omnichannel, digital retailing and retention solutions.
Last month we announced the launch of our all-new, fully upgraded website, as well as our Disrupting the Disruptors campaign messaging which can be seen across our web-platform, our products and in the press. As part of the launch campaign, we have also granted our customers a first glimpse inside our proprietary NetDirector® Digital Retailing Suite, targeted at Retailers, OEMs, Financiers and Fleet Suppliers across the industry. For more information on the suite and how it can simplify your vehicle sales, visit our products page here.
More than ever, customers are looking to offer their consumers faster, easier and more secure methods of payment. Which is why, during the month of August, our teams have continued to invest their time and resources into discovering new and innovative payment providers to facilitate vehicle transactions on behalf of our customers across the globe. As consumer demand evolves, we have partnered with a variety of global and local payment gateway organisations such as Checkout.com, Payfort, Knet, OmanNet and more to ensure all payments made through our NetDirector® Auto-e websites remain as secure as possible across a variety of markets including MENA and Europe.
Meanwhile, our product teams are also making strides in the world of account-to-account payments (Open Banking) and will soon be releasing the news of anadditional partner that will enable our customers to offer account-to-account bank transfers as an alternative to card payments. The partnership will result in reduced transaction costs, increased security, instant settlements, and an improved consumer experience. More news about the partnership will be launched in due course, so we recommend you regularly visit our news page to keep up to date.
With a multitude of recent developments, you could be forgiven in thinking we have slowed down our site launch production… But you would be incorrect. This month’s site launch highlights include Batchelors Motor Group and All Electric, as well as Westvaal Motor Group and Supreme Auto courtesy of our South African partner Compatible Automotive… We also saw the addition of new client, Allen Briggs Motor group, one of the longest serving Hyundai dealers in the UK, who were kind enough to leave us the following glowing testimonial…
“Our new website is user friendly, easy to navigate and conveys everything about vehicle purchases, special offers, and services, giving our consumers an assuring and pleasing experience. The Automotive Transformation Group team have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The transition was efficient and smooth, nothing was too much for them.”
Jon Briggs, Dealer Principal, Allen Briggs Motors
Customer service is as important it has ever been to us here at Automotive Transformation Group. Not only did we achieve 100% satisfaction across support tickets, but we also received a 4.8/5-star average project feedback rating. Meanwhile, our Key2Key customers were just as satisfied with the training they received courtesy of our Academy services, 94% of which stating they were both confident enough to implement the software after undergoing the course and satisfied with the Academy experience they received. Our Key2Key teams have also been busy working with Ford Credit to extend the use of our retention solutions from the UK into Germany, allowing this new market to benefit from more frequent consumer upgrades and increased brand loyalty.
Lastly, while many of our team members were downing tools and enjoying a well-earned break this summer, we took the time to sit down with some of our Boomerang employees to discuss what they were most excited about for their return along with any advice they have for people who were thinking about applying for a role. The article confirms we have created at least 80 new jobs this year so far and aim to maintain a 92% staff retention rate come December 2022. To hear more about what our colleagues had to say, you can read the article in full here.
We look forward to seeing what September brings for Automotive Transformation Group. Follow us on LinkedIn to receive the latest updates directly to your news feed.
